Finding a home in New York City might seem impossible, here are some closings that took place in NYC that might change your mind, or destroy all your hope.

How Much Would You Pay For A Private Outdoor Space In The West Village?

Computer-generated furniture aside, this updated condo in Manhattan sold for $600,000 on Sept. 12.

The kitchen comes with granite countertops, nice backsplash throughout, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances.

The bedroom is large enough to accommodate a queen-size bed so no need to worry.

And of course, how could it be New York living without a tiny sink.

You’re sure to get a lot of light in this apartment though, with windows in the bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom.

Don’t let the days on market deceive you, this apartment has been trying to sell since April 2. 2019, but changed brokers on August 8th, 2019.

Space vs. Location

Queens has always been the go-to neighborhood for people who are looking for more space AND a lower price.

Now that obviously comes with the caveat that you’re probably not going to be walking distance to Rockefeller Center.

This fully renovated 1 family home in Jamaica comes with 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. And if you happened to have a car, the private 4-car driveway on this home definitely encourages you to buy another 3.

The only downside to this home is that you’re probably not going to get a lot of sleep the first couple nights in the home, you’re about 10 minutes away from JFK. But maybe you like to travel a lot and are constantly late for your plane.

“X-Large Rooms Thru Out”

This semi-attached 1 family home in Brooklyn comes fully renovated, with all the bells and whistles; Quartz countertops, hardwood floors and a bathroom in every floor so no more racing to get ready in the morning. Every morning.

Honestly, the best part of this listing is the description the agent wrote for it, “X-Large Rooms Thru Out”, “…and Additional Bedroom for Mom.”

Thanks for looking out for my mom Barbara.

Appreciate you.

Pretty Good Place for Your Pet

This pet-friendly condo in Manhattan is not only spacious (by Manhattan standards) but it’s also in a great location.

Unfortunately, you’re near the 6 train, but at least you can walk to the Q train when train maintenance comes to bite you in the ass.

This apartment comes with a master bedroom with enough space to fit a queen-sized bed and whatever else you find on the street, a fully renovated bathroom, and a nice little alcove in the living room for an office space.

Since you’re right on 2nd Ave, you don’t have any more excuses to not walking your dog.

Want to smoke and walk your dog? Take a small walk over the Wards Island Foot Bridge on 103rd, I’m sure you’re not the only one who’s thinking about it.

Decided to take a day off work? You’re 10 minutes away from central park.

No excuses.

“Midtown East One Bedroom Stunner!”

This pre-war Manhattan condo sold on Aug. 15 for $600k.

If you’re thinking about smoking with your pet, sorry but no pets or smokers allowed.

Maybe it’s just me, but I hate broker talk. I can’t prove it but I feel like writing. “Midtown East One Bedroom Stunner!” sways away some buyers. Just my 2 cents.

But power move by Tanya to post the listing already under contract.
